Lees Ferry Boat Ramp - Spencer Trail, Marble Canyon, AZ 86036, USA

The guide and boats will be waiting for you at the dock or shore at Lee's Ferry.  Excursions require a 15 minute safety and boat operation session at the beginning.  Excursions will leave PROMPTLY 15 minutes after the scheduled time. 

Bring shoes that can get wet, but will stay on your feet. No flip flops. Bring a jacket or sweat shirt.  It can be cool in the canyon even on a hot day.   Hat and/or sunscreen (optional).


Poles and flies will be provided, or you may bring your own.  One person from each booking will receive a free fishing license.  If you want additional licenses, short-term non-resident licenses are $5 for youth and $20 for adult.   Licenses can be purchase online at Arizona Game and Fish (,   You may not fish without a license.  Caught fish may be kept by fisherman up to the State of Arizona limit.  Provided flies will be barbless for ease in releasing fish if you choose not to keep the fish. 

Access to lees ferry boat ramp.  Meet at the dock just left of the launch ramp.

Life vest will be provided.  They are comfortable vest that inflates if you fall in and fit all sizes.  Don't plan on swimming, water is cold.
Each boat is provided with 2-way radio communication with the guide,  blast horn, small fire extinguisher and rope.  Boats will travel up to 30 miles per hour.   Clients driving boats will stay in path of guide boat and within visual contact at all times. Drivers of the boat must wear the safety lanyard  attached to the boat throttle during operation of the boat.

Refunds will be made for cancellations that are 4 days before the excursion, in event of bad weather (very infrequent) OR failure of boat equipment requiring guide and boats to return to Lee's Ferry without going to base of Glen Canyon Dam (14 miles). Illness or injury of anyone on excursion requiring excursion group to return before completion will result in full refund of all on trip.
